Ricky Hendrick

Known for his infectious smile and congenial spirit, Ricky Hendrick grew up in the racing community. As a driver, he scored wins in legends cars and late model stock cars before finding success in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. In 2001, the son of car owner Rick Hendrick won the inaugural truck race at Kansas Speedway, at the time becoming the series’ youngest-ever winner. Two years later, as a car owner himself, Ricky guided Hendrick Motorsports to its first championship in the NASCAR Nationwide Series with the driver he hand-selected, Brian Vickers.
